Gods Kaleidoscope

April 2020

Gods Kaleidoscope

because a passage says hello
rooms built just for them
made of golden threads
our walls drive spaces blank
coming outside reset mind
winds whisper too fast now
fire comes around darkness
water satisfies lands meal
earth grounds pages beat

tent cries asked gracefully
rain nourishes sleepy eyes
bigger amens rise tommorow
who thanks him daily
under the light created
early morning page scribbles
why does a verse jumble
maybe we understand differently

words are glanced upon
taken through messy rooms
cheat sheets camouflage perspective
invisible ink wells float
under layers of resources grand
starting fresh among it all
letters played anchor softly
camping made it feel right

lastly thing matter out here
bravely coming into new place
that's how idea found black light
what came gracefully born
a post out in seconds
heard ways not seen before
a question what do I tell God?

Dear God,
this may not be easy to say. Looking at other items. Not knowing exactly what to think. I have looked deep into your kaleidoscope every day. Blurred more than ever. Getting away was perfect way to recharge. Instead of seeing nothing, I saw everything. Clear on day one. Those moments being in your world matter. I want these to continue.
