a glimpse into the future is bright
the sun shines outside today
it feels like spring in middle of winter
sun shines through the curtains
3:15 in the afternoon seems like sunrise
oh hey are you awakened by the light
I am warmed up in its glow

a simple conversation that goes deep
friends connect on a sister level
the moment you realize its ok to cry
an owl wise with advice finds us
it really made us feel greater than...
the pain of lifes tiredness and frustration

hear my past;invigorate the present
one simple sentence can energize me
His name shown through neon lights
or the snow on an ordinary road
with each step hurting a little bit

eyes opened up to a torn mind
saddened by old thoughts;anger
a foundation on which I won't stand
hugs and what I needed to hear
positive thoughts, cry and kind to...
